Terms and Conditions

Under "www.degrootbsa.nl", "degroot-bsa.nl" and "degroot-bsa.com", as referred to in these Terms and Conditions and elsewhere on the website, is understood:

Oldtimershop Roeland, located in Hoogeveen, The Netherlands (formerly V.O.F. De Groot-BSA).

1. Applicability
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all products offered in the webshop of degroot-bsa.nl.

1.2 In addition to these Terms and Conditions, supplementary conditions may apply to certain products where explicitly stated.

1.3 "Buyer" shall mean any visitor to the website and any natural or legal person who has entered into, or will enter into, a contractual relationship of any kind with degroot-bsa.nl.

1.4 degroot-bsa.nl reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

1.5 By using the website of degroot-bsa.nl and/or placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as all other rights and obligations stated on the website.

2. Offers
2.1 All offers made by degroot-bsa.nl are without obligation. Offers are subject to product availability.

2.2 An agreement is concluded at the moment an order confirmation has been sent via the website.

2.3 The Buyer and degroot-bsa.nl expressly agree that a valid agreement is established through the use of electronic means of communication. In particular, the absence of a handwritten signature does not affect the binding nature of the offer and its acceptance. To the extent permitted by law, the electronic records of degroot-bsa.nl shall constitute presumptive evidence.

2.4 Information, images, statements provided verbally, by telephone, by email, and other details relating to offers and the principal characteristics of products are presented as accurately as possible. However, degroot-bsa.nl does not guarantee that all offers and products fully correspond to the information provided. Deviations shall not, in principle, constitute grounds for compensation and/or termination of the agreement.

3. Prices
3.1 All prices are stated in Euros (€) and comply with applicable legal requirements.

3.2 All prices include Dutch VAT but exclude other government levies and shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the product information. If the customer is located outside the country of dispatch, the customer shall be responsible for any VAT, import duties, or other taxes due.

3.3 Special offers are valid only for the period stated in the relevant offer.

3.4 All figures, specifications, and other product descriptions provided by degroot-bsa.nl have been prepared with due care. However, degroot-bsa.nl cannot guarantee that no deviations will occur.

4. Payment
4.1 For orders placed through the website, payment shall be made by bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer must be completed within eight (8) days of the invoice date.

4.2 All judicial and extrajudicial costs incurred by degroot-bsa.nl as a result of the Buyer's failure to fulfil payment or other obligations shall be borne by the Buyer.

4.3 In the event of late payment, degroot-bsa.nl shall be entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect or suspend further deliveries until the Buyer has fully complied with all payment obligations, including any accrued interest and costs.

5. Delivery / Delivery Time
5.1 All orders are shipped by post, and shipping costs are calculated automatically.

5.2 If a product that is temporarily out of stock is ordered by the Buyer, an indication will be given of when the product will become available again. Delays will be communicated to the Buyer by email or telephone.

5.3 degroot-bsa.nl shall arrange delivery by post or by any other method of its choosing. degroot-bsa.nl shall retain full ownership of the delivered product(s) until the purchase price has been paid in full.

5.4 Different conditions may apply to international deliveries.

7. Force Majeure
7.1 In cases of force majeure, degroot-bsa.nl shall not be obliged to fulfil its obligations towards the Buyer, and such obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

7.2 Force majeure shall include disruptions in telecommunications networks, connections, communication systems used, and/or the temporary unavailability of the website.

8. Liability
8.1 degroot-bsa.nl may only be held liable for damages resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence on its part, or arising from circumstances for which it is liable under mandatory provisions of law.
